Hours of Operation: 8AM-5PM
Open Season: Mon-Sat; Late May thru July

As Summer rolls along and temperatures rise, the fruits and vegetables just keep coming.  Actually, many of our crops such as okra and peppers prefer the higher tempertures as long as they have plenty of water.  Rainfall has been scarce this season here in Coushatta, but our irrigation systems have kept everything in good shape.  Maybe we will get a shower for the Fourth of July!

And speaking of the upcoming holiday, as always, we will be closed on Wednesday July 4th.

In harvest this week will be plenty of peas, okra, tomatoes – by the pound and box, cantaloupe, bell peppers, squash, cucumbers, onions, our big selection of hot peppers, peaches, sweetcorn, blueberries and many, many other beautiful crops.   Be sure to check out the specialty and heirloom tomatoes…from the wacky to weird but always delicious. This week is the last call for new potatoes, while they last!

There are just a few short weeks left in our sales season so be sure to visit with us before the end of July.

For more information on crops, just give us a call at the numbers below.  Our hours are 8:00-5:00.  We are open every day except Sunday.

Enjoy the holiday this week and come see what’s growing!
